Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and design services provided by Highlight Media, based in South Africa and serving clients worldwide. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide graphic design, branding, social media, and related visual design services. All services will be outlined and agreed upon via written quotation or email confirmation before work begins.

​

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be specified per project.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required before work starts.

  • Final files will be delivered once full payment is received.

  • All payments are processed securely via [PayPal/Wise/Local South African Bank Transfers (EFT)etc.].

4. Revisions & Delivery

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the quote.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

  • Final designs will be delivered in standard digital formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or MP4).

5. Ownership & Copyright

  • Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final approved design.

  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All unused design concepts remain our property.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not available once design work has begun. If you wish to cancel, please notify us immediately, and we’ll issue a partial refund if applicable (excluding time already spent).

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all required information, content, and feedback promptly to ensure timely project completion.

8. International Clients

We serve clients globally. All communication will be conducted online (email, Zoom, WhatsApp, or similar). Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) or Euro/USD equivalents.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our designs or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be handled under South African jurisdiction.
